Compensation and Benefits
Associate Clinicians
- $40–$45 per clinical hour, commensurate with experience and qualifications
- $20 per hour for administrative work (supervision, writing CPS reports, coordinating care)
- Weekly supervision included at no cost to support your professional growth
Licensed Clinicians
- $70–$80 per clinical hour, commensurate with experience and qualifications
- $20 per hour for administrative work (writing CPS reports, coordinating care, and related tasks)
- We value the time and expertise you invest beyond client sessions and ensure it’s compensated

Caseload & Schedule
- Clinicians start with a part-time caseload and grow to full-time at a steady, supported pace
- Part-time is a minimum of 15 sessions per week, and full-time is 25 sessions per week
- Opportunity to increase caseload as you’re ready, with a clear path to full-time
Peak Client Hours (choose one option):
- Monday–Friday, 3–7pm
- Four evenings during the week plus Saturday morning
Outside of peak hours, schedules are flexible to fit your lifestyle.
Location
This is primarily an in-office role in Temecula, with about 80% of sessions conducted in person. Virtual sessions are available by client request, making this a hybrid position with the majority of work happening onsite.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Doctorate in Social Work, Clinical Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, Professional Counseling, or related field (from an accredited school)
- Licensed (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC) or Pre-Licensed (AMFT, ACSW, APCC) in good standing with the CA BBS
- Associates must have at least 1,000 hours toward licensing exam
- Minimum 1 year providing psychotherapy in private practice, outpatient clinic, or partial hospitalization setting
Preferred Areas of Specialization:
- Teen & Adolescent Therapy (anxiety, depression, self-harm, divorce adjustment)
- Couples & Co-Parenting Therapy (conflict, divorce recovery, blended families)
- Trauma-Informed Care (EMDR, CBT, DBT, Family Systems)
Bonus Skills:
- Familiarity or certification in evidence-based modalities such as EFT, Gottman Method, Motivational Interviewing, or Play Therapy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to build rapport with a wide variety of clients
