I specialize in working with people who may struggle with anxiety, depression, self-harm behaviors, trauma, anger, and managing intense emotions that make it difficult to manage life and relationships successfully. I also have experience in helping teens build positive relationships with their parents and learn more effective ways of communicating their needs. My therapy approaches include Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Solution Focused Therapy.
