Starting therapy can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to do it alone. I’m Aaliyah, the first voice you’ll hear at Outside the Norm Counseling. My job is to make sure your first step feels simple, supportive, and stress-free.
From our first conversation, I’ll listen to what you need and match you with the right therapist. I’ll walk you through the process—from scheduling to paperwork—and make sure nothing feels confusing or rushed.
Whether you’re calling for yourself or someone you love, I’m here to help you feel comfortable, heard, and supported from the very beginning.
